After trying diet after diet, understanding nutrition eventually became easier for Matt, but he realized it’s not as simple for others. He decided to educate others by combining his passion for nutrition and fitness with his talent in graphic design and began creating and sharing nutrition-based infographics on Instagram. He loves providing value for others and believes the sacrifices and dedication his work requires are worth being his own boss!
